I've been training with Srushti and doing the pull up program with her. She's very methodical and quite strict when it comes to phasing the workouts in and not overworking yourself. She pays attention to all the workouts I do, goes through the videos I submit, and provides detailed feedback on the form so as to ensure we're not doing any of the recommended workouts wrongly. Also, she follows up and makes sure we're being regular in doing the workouts and that has really helped me in not slacking off during the pull up program. It's been a great experience training under her and I intend to continue to do so for the foreseeable future!
