When I first got a pull up bar I had no idea why else do with it then to just hang and today I can do 30+ 3/4 pulls, from barely doing 2-3 pushups with a good form, I have now acquired a much better form with more no of reps, I feel so good to see the way I have progressed be it handstands, head stands or any other thing, it makes you happy when you see a better version of yourself then of what you were yesterday.
