I enrolled for the push up program with Srushti and by the end of the dedicated 12 workouts I couldn’t believe how the program was so strategically and dynamically structured that I could actually hit a full push up which had been my dream for a long long time. Due to certain circumstances and leg injury, i was not able to join a regular live morning fitness class, but My friend told me about Srushti's push up programme long back. I had one on one call with her to check my fitness level. The push up programme includes written workouts you can do on your own time which is absolutely convenient for me being a mom. She is regular with checking the videos and providing valuable feedback. All the workouts are tailor made according to your fitness level and goals. It follows a standard combination of skill progression exercises So, highly recommended if you want to unlock your push up or increase the reps or rom if you don't have time to attend online live classes.
